I have ran both Stainless Diesel and Steed Speed. Havent noticed any loss or gain between either manifold. I can say both are WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better than any of the 3 piece manifolds. I am running the steed speed now because of the external gate flange and the straight t4 flange. I love the straight flange vs the angled.

The wastegate flange is fully divided to the wastegate valve face preserving the twin scroll effect perfectly.
